| How to Add the Powerpoint™ Plugin to a new/existing Presentation |
This short guide will show you how to insert a live view of one or many circuits into your Microsoft© Powerpoint™ presentation |

Step 1
Open Microsoft© Powerpoint™ and either open an existing presentation or create a new one.
First insert a new slide. |

Step 2
Select the 'View' then 'Toolbars' and select the 'Visual Basic' Option. This will add the Visual Basic™ toolbar to Powerpoint™.
You Will Only Need to Perform steps 2 and 3 on your first use of the application. The toolbars will remain on the Powerpoint™ toolbar |

Step 3
Click on the Hammer and Spanner crossed icon. This will display the toolbox |

Step 4
Click the Hammer and Spanner crossed icon on the new toolbar and a menu will appear. Select ecoDriver.PublisherPlugin from the list and draw a box onto the slide. |

The Screen should look similar to the example screen. |

Step 4
The circuit view will now appear on the slide. Right click on the circuit view and select properties. |

Step 4
From this menu you can specify the following
CircuitName holds the title you wish to have displayed on the circuit view.
CircuitNo is the circuit number you wish to display
ShowCosts allows you to decide if cost information will be displayed or not
SQLConnectionString allows you to specify information about the EcoServer you wish to connect to (in most cases defaults will be used) |

Step 5
Your Powerpoint™ presentation is now ready to show. You can add more slides and more Circuit Views as you wish. |
