	Initial survey	We meet with you at your premises, discuss your specific requirements and identify the hardware you will need and explain the various methods of operation.

	Quotation	Once we have the necessary information we will provide you with a detailed written quotation that outlines the costs and timescales for implementation of your ecoDriver system. We will also indicate, where applicable, any aspects of the installation that you will need to arrange.

	Installation, Commissioning & Training	We will install the ecoDriver hardware & software as agreed, commission the system and provide the training necessary for your staff to gain maximum benefits from the solution.

	Support	We provide standard product support at a modest cost but we can also provide enhanced ‘continuous improvement’ support to enable you to continuously strive to reduce your carbon footprint.
